Holdings - Regent Pacific Group

Regent Pacific Group Limited has been listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since May 1997. Its shareholders include a number of leading international institutions from the USA, Europe and Japan.

The most substantial asset of the Group is its 40% stake in Bridge Investment Holding Limited (formerly KoreaOnline Limited), which in turn holds a 78% interest in Bridge Securities Co Ltd, a securities brokerage firm listed on the Korean Stock Exchange.

Regent Pacific Group manages funds for international institutional investors. They focus on Asia and on direct investments in particular. They have an established track record of investing in Asian finance and technology companies. The Group has a specialist fund management team in Hong Kong covering both listed and unlisted companies.
